Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. A cancellation fee may apply.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production; this includes “pre-order” items.
Return Time Frame
- Returns must be initiated within 7 to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Condition for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, items like underwear, socks, beanies, hats, masks, bandanas, and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Other non-returnable items include mystery products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that:
- Are not in their original condition.
- Are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items are generally not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (usually within 5 business days from approval) and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Exchange of items for different sizes or colors is subject to availability.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
International Orders
- If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or being marked as “unclaimed,” the customer may be required to pay for shipping again before the item is resent.
- If the returned international order is unopened and the customer requests a refund, we will process the refund but deduct the initial shipping cost
Shipping and Delivery
- Please note that the shipping estimated delivery time begins once the order ships. For example if we pack your order 6 days after purchase, the estimated delivery time provided by USPS starts from the ship date. Actual arrival times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Once your package ships it's literally out of our hands and we can only see the same tracking info you can from USPS's website. If you're an international customer waiting on a shipped item please consider calling your local customs center or local post office before contacting us for support (as this will likely be our advice). If an international order is shipped back to the US let us know with the below email.
